With Community OnLine, you’ll have access to account information 24 hours a day and the peace of mind to know that industry-standard security protects every account transaction.

Unlike other online banking services, with Community OnLine, you’ll enjoy the freedom to make account transactions up to 5PM.

You can be assured that access to your online business account is secure because we use the latest industry-standard security measures available.

  • Log-in Protection-If the correct password is not given within three tries, the user is blocked.
  • Data encryption-Digital identification certificates and Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) protect your data.
  • No "back arrow" capability-No one can "back" into the system on your browser.
  • 128-bit encryption - the highest level of security available.

Controlled Account Access

Our first concern is your security, so we make sure you have complete control over who can access your account information and what activities they can perform.

  • Dictate Multiple User Privileges – You can establish multiple user privileges for multiple accounts. Authorized users can also access account details such as hold amounts to assist with timely decisions about money management.
  • Maximum daily dollar limits – You can set limits per user on transaction amounts.

  • ACH Origination – Set up electronic debits and credits.
  • Bill Payment – Save time and money by paying your bills online.
  • Stop Payments – Submit stop-payment requests directly to the Bank.

Balance & Activity Reporting

Our online Cash Management services act as part of your accounting department, providing detailed information you can use. Keep up-to-the-minute tabs on your account activity. You’ll enjoy instant access to the following:

  • Account summaries and details – check vital figures such as ledger and available balances.
  • Account histories – See previous account activity and statements.
  • Postings – View all posted transactions, sorted by type.
  • Data export functions - Download account information in ASCII and accounting software formats.

Community OnLine users need the following System Requirements:

  • An Internet Service Provider (ISP)
  • Your preferred Internet Browser Software, which supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). Examples of browsers you need are Microsoft, Internet Explorer 6.0 Service Pack 1 or higher.
  • Computer screen resolution setting of 800x600 or higher.
  • Note: If you are using the Premier ACH feature, your personal computer will also require Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1. To download .NET, click here.
