Where do I enter my password?

When you enter your Log-in on the Home page, select from the "Sign In To" drop-down box, your version of Community OnLine (Business, Consumer or eCorp) and click on "Sign In," and you will be forwarded to a page where you will enter your Password."

What equipment and/or software do I need to access Community OnLine?

You will need a personal computer, an Internet Service Provider (ISP), and your preferred Internet Browser Software which supports Secure Sockets Layer (SSL). We recommend Internet Explorer 6.0 Service Pack 1 or higher. Your computer screen resolution must be 800x600 or higher. Note: If you are using the Premier ACH feature, your personal computer will also require Microsoft .NET Framework Version 1.1. You can download .NET by clicking here.

Is Community OnLine easy to use if I have never used the Internet?

Yes, Community OnLine was designed to be very easy to use. The screens and functions are clearly marked and you will be prompted to complete required information. We have also provided an on-line user guide as part of the site. The guide will provide you with simple step by step instructions on how to complete your request.

When can I start using Community OnLine?

Consumers enroll directly on our website and have immediate access to Community OnLine. Businesses can access Community OnLine as soon as you have received your Login Identification Number (ID) and Password. They will arrive separately within 7 to 10 days from the date of your enrollment. If you do not receive your Welcome letter within that time period, please notify us immediately by telephone (800) 788-9999 or Email us at comcent@cbank.com. The proper combination of your Login ID and Password is the only way to access your account information.

What happens if I forget my Login Identification Number (ID) or Password?

You are responsible for the security of your Login Identification Number and Password. No one in the Bank knows your Password. If you forget your password you should contact the Bank immediately. Upon proper identification a temporary password will be issued and forwarded to you. When you receive your temporary password you can then enter Community OnLine and reset your own personal Password. If you have any other questions regarding security, please refer to your Security Agreement.

How much does Community OnLine cost?

Community OnLine gives you access to all of your accounts that you request. View balances, see if checks clear, deposits have been posted, or transfer funds between accounts. For pricing information, contact your local branch or Community Central at (800) 788-9999 or Email us at comcent@cbank.com.

Can anyone else see my account information?

Your Community OnLine account information is only available through methods that have been rigorously tested for their secure access. The information is not public. Your information can only be accessed with your Login Identification Number and Password.

If I sign up for Bill Payment Service can I still write checks?

You can determine the payments you want to process through the Bill Payment feature and write checks for any other expenses as needed.

Will I be charged a service fee if I signed up for Bill Payment and didn't make any payments?

For consumers there is no charge for bill payments. For businesses, please refer to the specifics of your service charge plan.

How long does it take for a payment to reach a payee?

A payment that generates an electronic (ACH) payment will credit the payee's account within 2-3 business days; a payment that creates a paper draft will take up to 10 business days.

Is there a limit to the number of accounts I can view on Community OnLine?

You can view all your accounts on Community OnLine by indicating on the Community OnLine – Business Enrollment Form which accounts you wish to view on the Application.

What if I didn't sign up for Bill Payment initially and later decide that I want to sign up?

You can sign up for Bill Payment anytime you want. Just click the Bill Payment Enrollment button located on your checking account inquiry screen to obtain an Enrollment Form.

Should the payment date I give be the date the payment is due?

You should allow time for the payment to reach your payee, so enter a date before the actual due date. Although you can schedule a payment at any time, payments are initiated (sent to the payee) only on banking days.

How far back will I be able to access account information?

Activity history will be accessible for one calendar year. Balance information will be updated daily.
